I’ve recently moved to beautiful Tyne & Wear after six years as a full-time photographer in London, and I am excited to photograph here in the stunning North East.
Maternity photography has a soft spot in my heart. It’s absolutely adorable, precious, and a magical time. Sometimes challenging, but definitely worth capturing and treasuring forever. My style is super simple, timeless, romantic, and focuses on capturing love, emotions, and connections.

THE PROCESS
Before your maternity session
To secure your booking I’ll send a quick contract and invoice. I’ll also ask you to fill out a questionnaire to understand your expectations better. Based on your answers and a chat, I’ll create a personalised photoshoot plan. You’ll also receive a prep guide with tips on what to wear and how to prepare.
During your maternity session
The newborn session is relaxed and led by your baby’s needs. It is a gentle family time full of cuddles, laughter, and love. I’ll provide guidance on posing and offer gentle direction, but we will keep it natural and real. We will capture sweet, unscripted moments, as well as beautiful natural portraits of the family and baby only
After your maternity session
I will take care of your final images. I will carefully select and edit all the best photographs from your maternity session, creating a beautiful story of your growing family to cherish forever. Each image will be edited in color and also in black and white versions. You will also have the option to order the highest quality locally handcrafted albums, prints, and wall art.

FAQs
We can schedule your maternity session anytime before your due date, but ideally between weeks 30-36 when your bump is beautifully round, and you’re feeling comfortable.
Many clients like to schedule their maternity sessions around the 20-week scan. While there may be some last-minute availability, I recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Most of my maternity photoshoots take place outdoors, however, from time to time, I also capture more intimate maternity moments in the home. Your home is perfect just as it is! We don’t need much, just access to some windows for natural light. Whether your home is a studio apartment or a grand mansion, it’s ideal for capturing beautiful moments while expecting your baby. Embracing your home as part of the images will make them even more special and personal to you
