What a wonderful and joyful engagement photoshoot this was! I had the absolute pleasure of photographing a lovely couple at the stunning King Edward’s Bay in Tynemouth. They were so sweet and madly in love, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. It was a warm, sunny summer day with a gorgeous sunset, making the perfect backdrop for their engagement photos. I’m so glad they trusted me to capture such important moments in such an iconic location.
A Joyful Engagement Photoshoot in Tynemouth
We keept the session informal and relaxed, so we spent the session having fun, chatting, and laughing—it made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. The views were truly breathtaking, with the bay, the sea, and the historic Tynemouth Priory all providing a magical setting. We started with some photos overlooking the sea, taking in the sweeping views of the coast. Then, we made our way down to the beach at King Edward’s Bay for some natural, romantic shots along the North Sea. The couple was so comfortable, and their love really shone through in every photo. To make things even more special, they plan to use these beautiful images for their wedding invitations, which I think is such a fantastic idea!
